Kirill Klip, MBA – Executive Chairman
Mr. Kirill Klip graduated with a degree in management from St. Petersburg State University of Railways, later obtaining a degree in Economics from the International Business School in Moscow and a degree in MBA in Finance from both the International Business School in Moscow and Guildhall University in London. He has extensive expertise in banking, transportation, mining, telecommunications, and the internet industries, and his insights have elevated many companies. In addition to over thirty years of entrepreneurial and investment endeavours, he is also currently managing a portfolio of global assets. Mr. Kirill Klip has served as TNR Gold Director since 2007.
John Davies – Director
Mr. John Davies had thirty-five years in the private investment management, capital financing, and risk management sector. From the early 1980s, as a representative for highly prestigious brokerage and commodity firms, he established a bar of excellence for managing client funds and developing innovative hedging approaches for multinational firms before expanding into capital financing and playing a role in the enormous real estate development of Toronto, London, New York and Montréal. Through this entire period, he has continued an entrepreneurial spirit as a contrarian investor with an insightful eye towards emerging markets, investment strategies and opportunities well ahead of the pack. Mr. John Davies has served as TNR Gold Director since 2018, and he is Chair of the Audit Committee.
Konstantin Klip – Director
Mr. Konstantin Klip holds a dual U.S. and U.K. accredited degree in International Business Administration, Finance and Accounting from Richmond the American University in London, U.K. In addition, he has credited qualifications in Analytical Techniques for Business and Management and International Business Context and Geo-Strategies from Oxford Brookes, U.K. Having facilitated trading at the London Metal Exchange for Marex Financial, he consulted a number of early-stage enterprises on innovative modern capital raising methods. His current focus is on venture partner Behavioural Theory and Risk Management, with over half a decade of experience in assessing threats and mitigating risk through his role under the U.K. Home Office, holding an additional graduate diploma together with internationally-recognized national qualifications in the field. Mr. Konstantin Klip has served as TNR Gold Director since 2020, and he is a member of the Audit Committee.
Leopold Sutton – Director
Mr. Leopold Sutton holds a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA) designation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an M.A. in Transformational Leadership from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a B.Sc. in Combined Honours in Natural Sciences from the University of Durham. He brings nearly a decade of experience in business transformation consulting, including the design and delivery of enterprise-wide change programs across FTSE 100 organizations. His analytical work has spanned business case development, impact assessments, and governance oversight for complex business transformations. Mr. Leopold Sutton is a member of the Audit Committee.
